Sourcemod beta support for Left 4 Dead 2

There is a new 1.3 snapshot with backported fixes for getting l4d2 support. Read the news here.

I have installed the latest metamod and sourcemod snapshots on the servers now, so it is possible to start looking for useful server plugins.
