For you puzzlers out there we have added the new version of Silent Hill 1 (v7.1). Freshly from l4dmaps. Earlier versions didn’t want to play nicely with dedicated servers, but this one starts up OK, although I haven’t played it through yet.
Did a little test run with =TheHulk= Verminator tonight and made it about half way through the second map without noticable glitches. Looks like a creative and creepy campaign.

The fine custom campaign Fort Noesis has been released for Left 4 Dead 2.
Read all about it over at l4dmaps:
The new versions are uploaded to our Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 servers.

Updates to Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:
Left 4 Dead
- Fixed an issue where servers wouldn’t relist after the master server was bounced
Left 4 Dead 2
- Fixed a Linux dedicated server crash

Dark Blood has re-surfaced on l4dmaps and been updated to 1.9. We used to run 1.3 on the left 4 dead servers, but that has now been fixed.

All servers have been updated and custom plugins re-compiled against the new version.
Also some of the custom campaigns for Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 have been updated to the latest version. Check the front page for details.

City17 has been updated to 2.4, now with versus support.
Dead on Time 2 has been updated to 2.5. Unfortunately there is still a ton of noclip problems with some l4d entities (notably wooden inner doors), but at least the campaign is playable.
I also removed some buggy non-working campaigns (Silent Hill, Big Brother and some other.)
All details are on the front page.

For the first time all servers actually have the same version of sourcemod. We’ve been running 1.3 snapshots on the l4d2 servers for a while, so I don’t expect anything to break.

The Silent Hill 1 custom campaign has been added to the left 4 dead servers. Download link on the front page. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work, so we’ll have to wait for an update I guess.

I just found out that City 17 has been implemented in l4d! This has to be tested of course, so City 17 custom campaign is now added. There is a direct download link on the front page as well. Today I upgraded to version 2.2, so you need to download the campaign again. No more missing textures that I could spot.

Today’s playtest received a roaring thumbs up!

The Left 4 Dead servers now are equal in the sense that all servers have the same sourcemod plugins and they all accept all game modes from the lobby.
The Gore mod has been put to rest – the splatter really took a bit too much space and performance.
